Our home at Yokota, the first glance!

These are the pictures I took when I got to do the first walk through! This is the biggest house CJ and I have lived in together and I saw so much potential behind these yucky white walls. I knew this would be so much more than just a house on a military base.  This is our home now, and we couldn't be more excited!
[I am going to do before and after picture later. I just found these pictures and wanted to share, in case anyone was curious what the base housing at Yokota Air Base looked like. This is the renovated three bedroom tower.]

Kitchen view from the front entry way. [that's not CJ, by the way, that's our good friend Jason :)]
 Laundry room.
Never did I think I would get such a great kitchen in base housing!
 Dining room
 My huge living room!
Kind of backwards how these came up, this is the front entry way, kitchen is to the right when you walk in.
Hallway. [the right wall is now the stripe wall/frame wall]
View of kitchen from dining room
 Hall bath.

 What a fancy mirror ;)
Master bathroom. [seriously, are we really in the "dreaded base housing"?]

Master bedroom, I even have a little balcony in our room!
 Claire's room.
 Playroom! [chevron room]

And now just a couple pictures around the base......

This [below] is the YCC [Yokota Community Center]. First floor is Commissary, food court, dry cleaning, hair salon, barber shop, a few more. Second is BX and antique store and another small food court. Third floor is just the roof parking.]
Some little trees I think are sweet as can be. So "Japanesey" :)
Not a bad view... hehe! Love that man.
 Chili's!
A sign that I thought was so cool when we first got here. It's the little things, I guess, haha!

^The top goes with the bottom :)

I will be posting lots more, I just wanted to give our friends and family and maybe future Yokota-ans a peek at what our base and our housing [lots of different housing, this is just ours] looks like!
